My days at IIT-Kharagpur..shouted-screamed-rocked-gonna finish.

Starting a newer blog will always made me hapless. But as in verge to leave kgp I’m just started feeling nostalgic n so I can’t stop myself penning down the days I spent here in Kgp.

It was a day wen I entered thru the main gate of IIT-Kgp with a lot of incredible stargazes n with a lot of deference to those hu r already staying n studying here. First days were too hectic to tell ne1. I rushed to classes, lammed the classes, crucified by the common schedules n felt drilled. Certainly it was a big experience to browse ne weblogger just sitting front of my pc. Big sports ground every time called me up to make my footsteps count here too. Lotta resources helped me to make my alma mater a bit stronger. N it just happened on the way starting from the very first day.

Beginning days:

Classes starting at 7:30 a.m. There u definitely get some huge assigning to be finished within a week while. I rushed to classes, I took my breakfast half, I din’t bathed but still I finished it. Sometimes copied it from friends. I came back in room..browsed mail accounts..chatted n slept.

What I got…”Chhod Aaye Hum Woh Galiyan”

It’s quite hard working days seem to come at an termination. It’s really high time to count on what we got from Ankur..our newly sown seed comes up with a very nice small little bud. Oh God!! You might be thinking who am I really to adjudicate of that? But truly mouthing this fete gave me something which I can never forget in my whole life. I may forget something but will surely find a way as I know people around me know me better and my mentations.

ø Firstly Chinu, Arora, Raju, Vaibhav, Bharat, Ranu, Shyam, Satish, Shailendra and all with whom I worked in Ankur..you people are great. I really feel lucky to have friendship of you. Wish you people will always smoothen your way whenever anything hinders your way. I felt the meaning of working together and will keep in mind always.

ø Secondly I might have been bounderish to some of my friends and juniors. You are as lovely as you were there…it’s just something which I felt very very officious at that time..

We did it to perfections mightily but still I feel a lot of commutations can be done. Please do not let it disport from its shibboleth. Next years Ankur must ascend to a full grown tree with branches outspreaded allover. Best Wishes..Ankur Ka Tempo High Hai

Offbeat: Ankur’06….. from seed to reality

Scene 11:
It’s the time for “Chaupal”..a venire of some eminent personalities. Never thought this even will aviate to such high. Straightway touched the acme. Incredible ambience, heedful audience made it to perfection. Gargi was echoing the persuasions of these attributes. People were “halued” (kgp lingo) to be there. “Development vs Sustainability” made it to roll not only for the celebs but also for the participants present there to ask situational queries. I was feeling inebriated into myself..Oh!! what am I watching..is that same Ankur which we thought some months before or it’s a fully germinated n matured plant of spring!! Never let you go Ankur, never let you go Chaupal..you’ll be there always in my memory.

Scene 12:

It was all over n we are gathering for a short photo session.Varun inclosing our identities to all present at Gargi. It was the time for Tempo shout. We screamed “ Ankur ka tempo high hai….Ankur ka tempo high hai”..”Ankur Ankur Ankur..clap clap clap”….”Yo Ankur”. You’ll be remembered always as we made your germination possible. Don’t let you go from my mind. Media take this message to everybody “We are assailable an we’ll remain as always”.

Offbeat: Ankur’06….. from seed to reality

Scene 9:

It already started feeling grieve as our newly sown seed was heading towards the germination. Our new flora….a “heliotropic” flora…a flora to flourish…a flora to be remembered always. The arena was totally hushed and we were eyeballing for another curricular history to be made named as “Chaupal”..a panel discussion. A venire made of many soaring personnel to discuss upon a booming subject. We were all set to gang Gargi auditorium up in the evening.
Mic on again “Partcipants are requested to move to Gargi auditorium for the Closing ceremony”??
Wazzat??!! A closing ceremony before the gala. Eh!! Kinda bamboozled when Chinu helped me out.
“Arey yaar, we are running short of time and our Diro have another important works to do..thatz y”

Scene 10 :

It was the dais of Gargi full of distinguished personalities and the adieu to first Ankur started. Lot of anticipations will made it there somehow. Proficient participants were leaving their thumb impression on the eve. Hats off to MANAGE!! They took away the colossus trophy with them..”Don’t worry dude..next time we’ll not allow it to go outside kgp”..take a oath.

Bumped!!--7 habits to acquire

1. Enjoy your work. "Find a job you love and you will not have to work a single day in your life." - Confucius

2.Develop an Internal pressure mechanism and a self starting mechanism. "The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep." - Robert Frost

3. Have a dream and a vision. Believe in your ability to achieve it. " Life's battles are not always won by the strongest or the fastest man - but they are won by the man who thinks HE CAN".

6. Money, fame and success should never be the goals of one's life Remember these come as a natural by - product of excellence in everything you do.

7. Raise your benchmarks - Expect more out of yourself. " Lives of great men, all remind us that we should make our lives sublime and departing, leave behind us - footprints in the sands of time."

Murali and Akhyaya snaffled the Samasya conundrums to their pocket and flew past with the prizes. All were now set for the V1 again for the excogitation galore….namely “Innova”. OMG!! Innova came with the undergo of first saga of Ankur’06 in number count of the players. Hail to Innova! Hail to participants! 13 entries to be made out in 2:30 hrs..looking inconceivable. Get Set Go!! MANAGE continued their golden run on the arena. NIAM had a final whistle jerk. Where is Kgp man!! Nah! Think we had been adjourned our name voluntarily (Winked??). Another 1 hr session of verbs and I think I am gonna die.

Scene 8:

Scene 4:

Bingo backs!! Backs with its giant beau Samasya. Problems which actuate mind maelstrom. People having a great time puzzling out those particulars. A break of such whirlpool is which needed most n it was the time for the merriment of the joyous mood. “Agwhiz”..”the battle of brains”.

Scene 5:

“Hello Abhishek, what about the buzzer??!!” he asked.
“Ya! Am trying to finish the job asap” I replied.
Omg!! These linesmen are much treacherous. I was quivering. Can I do it before the jamboree of brain storm session starts? Oh yeah! Thy returned n 11th hour worked for me! Kinda unprepared for the upshot. Finally accelerated as Bharat n Bipin gave the most indigent help. The dais calling. Eh! Mottled arena came with an augury of moisten. Thank God! We are saved again. “No drilling pain, no little rain”. Bingo n Samasya had been bestowed previously. Sursurrant bingos and sizzling samasyas kept everyone’s brain to dance over the arena. No real funs out there. A set of brain badgering oppugn left the people to think over the wholesome of Agri field. A dayout terminated. This upwind never held us to enjoy our moods. And this was the time for Sky watching session to be axed.

Offbeat: Ankur’06….. from seed to reality

Blogging seems to be painstaking as I started writing about Ankur’06. Ankur a bud tends to reality of blossom. After a very feverish fortnight (thinking!!) better saying a week of implementing paper works to actual ground we all seem to be geared up for our sprout of imagination to bloom. I mean we talked with our mind forget everything lagging behind, you have to do it. “Chalo tempo se”. Not too extravagant but to be jargonic.

Scene 1:

“Whats up dude?” he asked.
“Nothing. Just ankuring.” I replied.

Hmm..Ankur seems to covert my mind in these days. Started from the very beginning..”The Inaugural”.Oh boy! I was a bit late. Varun had already started his verbs. Literally an announcement to convene the so called invigorating speeches of the Chief Guest, HOD etc. Thank God!! Doesn’t bored the audeience to tears..ended all up with a tranquil thanks giving by Malu.

Scene 2:

Bang bang Bingo!! Puzzles to puzzle you. A crossword like problem..bit easy for all. 74 entries collected n yeah!! Allahabad started their feet moving in the arena grabbing the first t-shirt. Later ETMS chaos!! A bigtime shocking experience all had. Dearth of enthusiasm and stride on.

Scene 3:

Mic on : “Vaibhav Thakur plz report to the control tent immediately”. Tik!! Mic off. A real busy day ahead of all. Participants started loitering inside the arena. Day started with the gala Money’Pulation or Mon-ey-pul-a-tion. OMG!! Participants grabbed the root straightway-the first sign to make it a success. MANAGE made it to the crust.

Paint Me Yellow!!

Let me abbreviate it, it's RDB a.k.a Rang De Basanti. Sometimes I think why should people like me want to write a blog about a movie!! Ah! it's not something very inevitable to your life..Whateva..forget them all....let's talk about RDB..a film with passion, a film to churn up your patriotism from the deep of your heart..Last some days I have watched a lot of english n hindi movies..but this movie has created the huge turbulence over the crowd!!Well take a flashback..It starts with a girl whose grandfather was in the British police when Bhagat Singh was hanged at gallows. He was by heart a noble man and was distressed after the fate of our great martyrs. He watched the great enthusiasm and devotion of the martyrs to their country. So he made himself up to note them all down to a notebook..a notebook consisted of saga of legendry Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru and all others. Curtain falls!! Immediately decades after his grandson open up his diary n read out the heroics and started feeling from an Indian heart .. love to their nation...she decides to bind them up all in the camera..she approaces to her boss but turned down immediately..tempestuous Sue (may be i'm writing it wrongly) burst out "Tumhari ma ki aaknh"..a very commonly used slang in India. So she packed her luggage and makes her way to India to her friend Sonia..a true venture begins when she started to find out the heros who can atleast show some similarity to the heroics. But alas!! it seems to be broken down ... she got frustrated and the cast twists...it was the time to enter the hero Daljeet a.k.a dj (character played by Amir Khan)..leading a lavish life with friends, drinking, smoking and ofcourse singing "Apni to pathsala masti ki pathsala"..Sue suddenly finds her hero in these people..these guys also get ineterests somehow to the movie..these fellas starts feeling the acting from the heart and then the plot twists again....Dj's friend and Sonia'a fiancee Flight lt. Ajay Rathore died in a MIG-crash a very common incident to IAF. It was because of the poor rustic parts imported and used by some corrupted minister and let the air force people to die. Inspired by the heroics of Bhagat Singh these guys take a last step to kill the minister just as the same way as Bhagat Singh did to the British Police Officer.Killed him and straightly make their way to the AIR office to broadcast their voice to the nation," we did it...atleast we removed a single corruption from the country". OMG!! the rapid action force gunned them down and they died as a national hero as a martyr..

I never had ne points to cut the guys did to the minister was right or wrong but a few questions certainly arises in my mind..writing a review previously about RDB i kept a few of it like" THe movie somehow tries to give the present generation a wake up call."Think later do it now and do good" supposed to be the main theme of the movie. But unfortunately no links between the characters of the film and the heroics of Bhagat Singh are found!!kinda perplexed too by the way it tries to make a ground for it.showing the lavishness of life of present generation it demos peculiarity!!an youth enetering into his house with a cigar burning between his lips n another returs home fully drunk..atleast i found no possible n practical reality coz i can never do so if i try such.acting is ok..amir is asusual..storyline exaggarated n moreover nothing very special to churn up true patriotism n passion."

well it was my own feeling that somehow "Paint me yellow" never let you paint your passions yellow. Asl if killing somebody would not be the real solution whatsoever. So paint me yellow didn't at all painted me yellow. A lot of expectations but crushed to death. Disheartening effort but crtainly in this point let me take a oath to remove the corruption as fer as i can peacefully not letting anyone to suffer. Yes i can paint myslef yellow..do you??!!
